Hey ya'll, I'm Michelle! I'm a SaaS recruiter in Austin, TX. All of my experience prior to recruiting was in tech sales and sales engineering. I loved selling - I was hungry, competitive, and loved talking value with decision makers. On the side, I'd help friends and family build resumes, connect with mentors, and interview for jobs. After years of slanging software by day and slanging resumes by night, I realized my real PASSION was PEOPLE and helping them find their place in the corporate world. I started Schmooze to help others find their potential when their day jobs weren't fueling their passions and help businesses find employees excited to contribute to the missions and goals they're built on.
